What is DHI Hair Transplantation?

The DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) method is the most advanced hair transplant technique, where a special Choi implanter pen allows the surgeon to open the channel and implant the hair follicle in a single step.

Stages of the DHI Choi Operation

The surgery takes 7–9 hours and is performed under local anesthesia. Choi pens of different diameters are selected individually to match the size of your grafts.

Preliminary Consultation and Diagnosis
The trichologist evaluates the type and stage of hair loss, reviews your medical history, performs dermatoscopy of the donor area, and determines the optimal method.

Hairline Design and Marking
Together with the patient, the surgeon designs a natural hairline, taking into account facial proportions and the long-term picture of possible future hair loss.

Local Anesthesia of the Donor Area
