How aligner treatment

The orthodontist examines your teeth, takes a 3D digital scan, and evaluates your bite. A preliminary plan is built with a result preview.
You see the final result on screen and approve the plan. Your custom set of aligners for the entire course is then manufactured.
You receive the full set of aligners with instructions. Switch them yourself every 1–2 weeks. Check-up visits are every 2–3 months.
Once your course is complete, a retainer is made to lock in the result. Your teeth stay securely in their new position.
Taking care of your aligners is key to comfort and a fast result. Follow these simple rules:
- Wear the aligners for at least 20–22 hours a day
- Remove only when eating and brushing
- Rinse with cool water (never hot!)
- Clean with a soft brush — no toothpaste
- Store in the provided case when removed
