How to wear and care for your aligners

Taking care of your aligners is key to comfort and a fast result. Follow these simple rules:

  • Wear the aligners for at least 20–22 hours a day
  • Remove only when eating and brushing
  • Rinse with cool water (never hot!)
  • Clean with a soft brush — no toothpaste
  • Store in the provided case when removed

You may feel light pressure for a few days after switching to a new aligner — that's normal and means your teeth are moving. It can't really be called pain. Unlike braces, aligners don't have sharp metal parts to cut your gums or cheeks.
It depends on the case. Mild alignment takes 3–6 months, moderate cases 6–12 months, complex ones up to 18 months or more. Exact timelines are determined after your consultation and 3D scan.
It's simple: first an online consultation, then one visit to Istanbul for a 3D scan and plan approval. The finished aligners are shipped to you, and you swap them at home every 1–2 weeks. Routine check-ins are online or occasional visits.
Virtually invisible. The aligner material is highly transparent — in normal conversation and smiles, they can't be seen. Most patients say their colleagues and friends didn't notice they were in treatment until they were told.
Aligners only work when worn at least 20–22 hours a day. Wear them less and your teeth won't move on schedule, the plan will get off track, and treatment will drag on. The next aligner simply won't fit your teeth.
