Why Patients Choose
Este In Turkey

DHI and FUE Sapphire Methods
The method is selected individually: DHI for targeted implantation, FUE Sapphire for a larger volume of grafts with minimal trauma.
Scarless and Painless
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia — you will not feel pain. Modern technologies guarantee the absence of scars and traces after the operation.
Lifetime Result
Transplanted hair follicles do not fall out — they are adapted to grow in the beard area. The result lasts a lifetime, and within 6–8 months the beard takes its desired shape.
What You Get

9 Reasons to Get a Beard Transplant
in Istanbul

01
Absolutely Natural Look
Grafts are implanted at the correct angle, mimicking the natural direction of beard hair growth.
02
400–2500 Grafts
The number of grafts is selected individually: from 500 for filling gaps up to 2500 for a full beard.
03
Local Anesthesia
The procedure is completely painless — the treatment area is numbed before implantation.
04
Scar and Burn Correction
Beard transplant is effective for baldness, burns, and facial scars — restoring normal hair growth.
05
Fast Recovery
Within 6–9 days after surgery, there may be some redness. After a week, you can return to normal life.
06
Donor Zone — Occiput
Grafts are taken from the occipital area — where hair grows around the donor site, so noticeable changes do not occur.
07
Result in 6–8 Months
Transplanted grafts may shed in the first month — this is normal. Within 3–6 months, the beard grows back and takes its final shape.
08
Individual Shape Planning
Before the operation, the structure of your beard and face shape are carefully studied. The beard line is designed according to your wishes.
09
Sterile Clinic Conditions
The operation is performed in hygienic and sterile conditions at our clinic in Istanbul by certified specialists.
How the Surgery Works

Stages of Beard Transplant

01
Consultation and Diagnosis
The condition of the facial skin is assessed, as well as the structure of the beard and donor area. The number of required grafts is determined and the appropriate method is selected — DHI or FUE Sapphire.
02
Beard Line Planning
Together with the patient, the desired shape and density of the beard are determined. The line is drawn taking into account the face shape and individual preferences.
03
Anesthesia and Preparation
The beard area and donor zone are numbed with local anesthesia. You will not feel pain throughout the entire procedure.
04
Donor Graft Extraction
Hair follicles are taken from the occipital area using micromotors. Single and double grafts are carefully extracted without leaving visible traces.
05
Graft Implantation
Grafts are implanted into the beard area at the correct angle. It is very important to place the hair transplants at an angle matching the natural growth direction.
06
Instructions and Aftercare
After the operation, the patient receives detailed care instructions. The area can be washed the next day. Within 1–2 weeks, the first signs of growth become visible.

Everything About Beard Transplant

As with hair transplantation using the FUE and DHI methods, beard transplantation involves collecting single and double hair follicles from the area between the ears (the donor zone) using micromotors, and transplanting them using the DHI or Sapphire FUE method. There is no difference in application compared to hair transplantation. During beard transplantation, you will not experience pain.
The number of grafts used in beard transplantation may vary depending on the patient's beard density. However, if the beard transplant is performed only in the mustache area, 500–1000 grafts are sufficient. Single and double hair grafts are taken from the area between the ears, i.e., the donor zone, using micromotors.
Today, beard transplantation can also be applied for baldness, burns, and scars. Depending on the patient's condition, our specialists determine what procedures need to be performed before the beard transplant. The beard transplant is performed under fully sterile conditions in our clinic by our specialists using the latest technological methods.
After beard transplantation, redness and a small amount of blood may be observed on the transplanted area for 6–8 days, but this is temporary. After the transplant, a crust forms, and in the first week, special washing is required. Thanks to the DHI Choi and Sapphire FUE methods used during beard transplantation, the operation is performed without scars.
After beard transplantation, crusts and mild itching may appear on the transplant site. These symptoms may persist for 1–2 weeks. The transplanted grafts are expected to shed within the first month. Between 3 and 6 months, the beard grows back and finally takes its shape.

For faster and healthier beard growth after transplantation, specialists recommend massaging the transplanted area, consuming nutritious foods, and maintaining a stress-free lifestyle.
  • In the first days after the transplant, slight swelling and redness may be observed — this is a normal reaction.
  • During the first week, crust formation and its shedding may occur — this is also a normal process.
  • After the first week, the area gradually begins to heal. Most grafts grow within 2–3 weeks.
  • After the first month, the area is completely healed, and most of the hair has attached.
  • To speed up the healing process, it is necessary to follow the doctor's recommendations: maintain cleanliness, use creams, and protect from direct sunlight.
  • You can trim your beard just 2 weeks after the transplant.
